I just did my DVD that I've been doing for a few days with the hand and ankle weights that I picked up yesterday. I'm sweatin'!!! But 450 calories burned in 40 minutes! Woot Woot!

    Thats awesome! I know what you mean about the weights too, I just added them to my indoor walk dvd about 2 weeks ago. I been doing that 3 mile walk dvd w/o the weights and when I added them...boy did it make a difference! Way to go! Keep up the great work!:drinker:
