[CHALLENGE] 500 Sit-ups (Due 11th June)

Join my local Gym squad and I as we embark on achieving 500 sit ups this week, hoping to have them down by Sat 11th!

Pressure is on so make time this week and post your results + any challenges you'd like to do in future! :)

    I would just like to suggest that anyone looking to take part takes some time to research how to do sit-ups. It might seem obvious but avoiding an anterior tilt is really important for your own health.

    Sounds interesting. So does that mean you do the sit-ups non-stop or can they be broken up throughout the day?

    It can be done in one go or split up during the week... Like 150 one day and so forth :) one guy did 275 in one go - great effort!
