I'm really trying to get ride of this extra belly fat a time up my flabbed arms and thick thighs. I'm in my 3rd day. Excersing is not the problem but making sure I'm eating the right foods is the issue.

Don't give up! I know eating is super hard but remember that losing weight isn't all about exercise! After a couple weeks you'll be in such a routine, it will be so easy!0
