5'11" height
200lbs, down 5lbs over the past 7 weeks
Up from 178lbs over the course of two years, peaking at 205lbs in April.
Goal weight is 160-180, but body tone is more important than the weight. The weight is a mere number.1 -

I have been on this road before. When i was 19 i got down to 139 lbs. I was 9 lbs away!!! Then life happened and i shot back up to 180 by the time i was 21 haha. Setbacks. What can you do except keep pushing?1 -

I'm 28 5"7 and I currently weight 13st and 7lbs. (189 lbs)
I'm chunking my weight loss into sections so my current goal is to loose a stone (14lbs) My ideal weight would be 12 stone or just under (168).
I'm just recovering from a foot operation so I can't really do much intense exercise, swimming and walking are main sources of activity at the moment.
Eating is my biggest struggle! Like most I just love food, I love sugar and all things bad! Im not ok any sort of diet, I dnt think they work. My approach is just to eat better a lot less sugar and no to processed foods. To be honest I know what to do, I know what foods I should be eating and what I shouldn't. For me it's just a case of being consistent and over coming my mind! ( which is my biggest struggle)
Day 1 out of the way and it was really good! So let's hope it stays that way!
