    I'm still learning how this works. I've used My fitness pal App for my 6 year old son who is Type 1 diabetic. It's an easy way to get nutrition facts for his food. However it opened my eyes to eating healthy. I just started exploring the other options in this app like the community and friends. Please bare with me, as I figure out how to reply and so on. People have been so sweet. I should have tried this long ago. Xoxo
