I'm 25 and I'm 5' 1" ..my goal weight is the same 130 and my current weight is 156 pounds. My starting weight was 160 pounds. I lost 10 pounds,then gained 6 pounds but I'm pretty sure its muscle gain cuz my clothes feel looser on me and I look a lot better than I did before.0

Really I am more concerned about my inches. Goals: 34 bust, 24-26 waist (whichever ends up being more realistic), and 36-38 inch hips (I'd love to lower my BF% to 18-20 so 38 inch muscle booty would rule).
Current inches: 35, 28, 382 -
20 weighing in at 215 (Started at 270 at the start of this journey). I want to be 195 by the end of the summer. Good luck with your goals everyone0

Was chubby as a kid and then cut to 150 and cut like stone. Lost my best friend to a car accident and then broke my ankle which requires surgery. Long story short I went through some bad times and put on some wait from drinking and eating and just let myself go. Now I'm happy and healthy on my way back to made from stone. If you want it you will achieve it. All it takes is blood sweat and discipline. Good luck everyone0 -

I'm 28 5"7 and I currently weight 13st and 7lbs. (189 lbs)
I'm chunking my weight loss into sections so my current goal is to loose a stone (14lbs) My ideal weight would be 12 stone or just under (168).
I'm just recovering from a foot operation so I can't really do much intense exercise, swimming and walking are main sources of activity at the moment.
Eating is my biggest struggle! Like most I just love food, I love sugar and all things bad! Im not ok any sort of diet, I dnt think they work. My approach is just to eat better a lot less sugar and no to processed foods. To be honest I know what to do, I know what foods I should be eating and what I shouldn't. For me it's just a case of being consistent and over coming my mind! ( which is my biggest struggle)
Day 1 out of the way and it was really good! So let's hope it stays that way!
