    I roast various vegetables (zucchini, cauliflower, asparagus, red pepper, etc.) and put them in a large pyrex (either sprayed with oil or wiped with ghee) with a couple of handfuls of spinach. Add egg whites to cover and bake at 350 until the egg is set. I make this http://dadcooksdinner.com/2016/02/pressure-cooker-chili-verde-green-pork-chili.html/ with chicken and shred. Then just top with homemade salsa and store bought kimchi. So good!

    Oats with Pb and chocolate spread.

    I really dislike breakfast, so could do with some Interesting quick recipes!

    Sausalito turkey and sharp cheddar with a little mustard on a sandwich thin. It was yummy.

    One chocolate protein shake plus saute'ed celery, onion, and mushroom with turkey and an egg topped with ricotta, olives, and salsa wrapped in a high fiber tortilla.

    Homemade latte and a blackberry crumble bar. I make a double batch of fruit crumble and it lasts a week for my family of 5.

    Plain chobani yogurt, a teaspoon of honey, 5 blackberries chopped and mix it all together. Oh, and my iced coffee from dunkin with whole milk and sugar. Under 300 calories!

    2 weetabix with 150ml unsweetened Almond milk. Heated in the microwave until runny. Then added 1 scoop of Birthday Cake flavour whey protein, 1 Cadbury Roses chocolate and 10g Dr Zak's raspberry protein powder, topped with a little 0 calorie maple syrup and a hazelnut coffee to drink. That took longer to type than it did to actually eat..

    I generally hate traditional breakfast foods so I don't really like breakfast. Today I had a chocolate strawberry protein shake. Optimum Nutrition chocolate powder, almond milk and strawberries. Somedays just a yogurt.
