    Eating is my biggest struggle! Like most I just love food, I love sugar and all things bad! Im not ok any sort of diet, I dnt think they work. My approach is just to eat better a lot less sugar and no to processed foods. To be honest I know what to do, I know what foods I should be eating and what I shouldn't. For me it's just a case of being consistent and over coming my mind! ( which is my biggest struggle)

    Day 1 out of the way and it was really good! So let's hope it stays that way!

    I am 29, will be 30 in a few months. I am 5 foot 6 and have 100 lbs to lose to get to my goal. I have a 14 month old and it's very difficult to lose weight with my hypothyroidism and PCOS :(
