I was vegan for years and then I stopped for 3 years. Whenever I need to diet again and loose a few pounds I'll go plant based. Cutting out the dairy, sugar, and meat alone can help you drop 5 pounds in 2 weeks. Add me if you would like to talk about recipes and tricks to keeping full! Good luck.

    Howdy.

There are lots of plant based dieters 'round these parts, but I've found that most of them are more active in the groups area.

Here's a link to the most active group I've found in that area:

    http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/45-happy-herbivores

You'll find other, like minded people, recipes, etc.

    Good luck on your goals.

Welcome to the plant side!! It's not guaranteed you'll lose weight and get fit though, you still need to count calories and be mindful of your eating habits.

It is super easy and enjoyable to eat plant based!

I eat plants every day, at every meal - I regard them as a base for my nutrition, in fact, most of my food comes from plants (not as in "factory" lol) in one way or the other.
