Congratulations! My boyfriend and I have been discussing getting married in Jamaica sometime in the next couple of years. He hasn't proposed yet, but it's in the near future. I've been married before, and I completely understand wanting to lose some pounds before your big day. It can get very stressful at times, and I cried at my rehearsal dinner because I was so stressed. Make your health a priority. Drink plenty of water for clear skin. Eat your fruits and vegetables. Lean protein is a must. You need to eat fat to burn fat, and get moving! The exercise will help when the stress to a bothersome level. Good mental health will help with your journey. Feel free to add me. Shart5092@gmail.com5

It is not possible for people who are in relationships or getting married to lose weight because they spend all their time going on dates and eating with their partners. Also they get complacent because they figure they must be very good-looking if someone wants to be with them. If you want to lose weight, you should break up with your partner and focus on losing weight. Good luck!0

Congrats all I just booked the venue for our big day (2018) so now am trying to lose around 3 stone to get back to the size I was when we met. Also want to make a healthy lifestyle change as I have just moved into my first house and started on the takeouts already. So yeah, any support would be great X1
