dietitians struggle too

Hello, I am new to myfitnesspal.com. I am a registered dietitian and have been for 24 years. I am also a runner (have done 8 marathons). I am coming off an injury. I had plantar fasciitis and a recent calf tear. I have been biking instead of running. Now that I am 46 years old, I am finding myself a little more sedentary. I still try to eat very well, but I struggle like everyone else. I can't gain more weight as I am a weight loss (bariatric) dietitian. I wanted to become more familiar with myfitnesspal as I encourage patients to use it all the time. I also want to stay motivated myself to lose 10# and go back to my usual weight and previous activity level. Also looking for more food tips for myself and to share with other patients. I am working on becoming more familiar with this site and thought posting here was a good place to start.
