Well, this is my first time using this app, I'm a little scared and nervous. I have lost weight before using other diets, but unfortunately after having a child I gained it all back and now that he is 4, I've gained even more. I want to take back control of my life and be more energetic for him. He needs me. I am not a self motivator and i am self-conscious, I know it may sound stupid, but that's how I am... But if I have support, I feel like I could do this loosing weight better. So if you could support me ill support you! Add me if you're like!

Well this is a great place to be. Ive tried diets and pills they worked but the weight always came back if you stay consistent on here youll do great. Its been 8 months ive lost 35lbs and im going stronger ive also learned how to eat healthier. Its not a diet anymore its just me being a healthier me.1
