I eat crisps (chips) probably once a week. Usually tortilla chips with salsa or bean dip. I don't eat chocolate or biscuits (cookies) much, maybe 2-3 times a month, but I eat sweetened nuts 3-4 times a week.

I eat ice cream everyday. Foremost vanilla is 130 cal per serving. It's not a big deal to have sweets everyday when you stick to the actual serving sizes.

I eat something sweet every day. Usually Greek yogurt. I like the Chobani flips because they have chocolate or cookies and stuff like that crumbled in them. I don't eat chips too often. Mostly just when I go out for Mexican food. And I probably have cookies 3 or 4 times a month. I don't usually snack at work.

I had several spoonfuls of chocolate spread the other day :) Straight into my mouth
Crisps are not so high in calorie. I have some every once in a while.
Biscuits - I have several every day. I like choc chip oat biscuits.

I used to eat a giant candbury slab every Friday - but I haven't had one in a while. Maybe I'll do that once a month when I reach my goal weight. It's probably over 1000 calories

@CooCooPuff I haven't tried the strawberry shortcake Oreos. That sounds really good. I just recently tried the Thin Oreo Mint and they were awesome. I'll have to try the strawberry next.

I don't eat cookies often, but I live in Texas so we have tortilla chips pretty much every time we go out to eat, LOL. I do get this frequent craving for something sweet, cold, and wet... but not ice cream? I keep trying different things, LOL. Sometimes yogurt satisfies it, sometimes cheesecake, sometimes a filled donut. But I eat a reasonable portion and work it into my calories, so it's not a big deal.

    Now I want a donut!!

I like to have an ice cream treat, like a Skinny Cow or Weight Watchers bar, after dinner. As long as you stay withing your calorie goals & it doesn't trigger a binge, I don't see what the problem is. There are some foods that I need to stay away from because I will just eat and eat and eat. Having something pre-portioned, like a snack pack or ice cream bar, helps me indulge but within reason.

I eat a little something just about every day - but definitely not all day! Like in the evening I'll have 2 squares Dove dark chocolate, a Skinny Cow ice cream bar, a FiberOne bar, or Special K has these new pastry crisps that I really enjoy (100 calories for 2). I don't have big sweet cravings anyway but I feel this keeps me satisfied.

Daily. I even have a "Dessert" section in my food diary. Most days I stay below 200 calories of treats (usually an ice cream bar, pudding cup or dark chocolate), but the weekends maybe a little more.
