I did an easy intermittent fasting that really helped me.
12 hour daily fast.
After dinner - I would stop eating.
Lost weight.
Maybe a step you could try?1 -
I like the 8 hour eating window and 16 hour fast way of doing intermittent fasting. I basically set myself up to eat between noon and 8 pm.
That way I eat at work around noon or early afternoon; then drive home, cook and eat supper. I also find that IF work best when you eat higher fat, protein and a bit lower on the carbs (and carbs are quality ones such as vegetables.
Experiment with it and see how it goes for you.2 -
My first meal of the day is after 6;00 pm when I get home from work. I have a snack later before bed. This timing has been working for me.0
