    I did an easy intermittent fasting that really helped me.
    12 hour daily fast.
    After dinner - I would stop eating.
    Lost weight.
    Maybe a step you could try?

    I like the 8 hour eating window and 16 hour fast way of doing intermittent fasting. I basically set myself up to eat between noon and 8 pm.

    That way I eat at work around noon or early afternoon; then drive home, cook and eat supper. I also find that IF work best when you eat higher fat, protein and a bit lower on the carbs (and carbs are quality ones such as vegetables.

    Experiment with it and see how it goes for you.

    My first meal of the day is after 6;00 pm when I get home from work. I have a snack later before bed. This timing has been working for me.
