I was reading Prevention Guide Biggest Loser Edition and for all the chocolate lovers ...

Biggest Loser Sunrise Shake 

Ingredients
1 cup Pure Almond Milk
1/2 medium Banana
1/2 cup Strawberries, Fresh Sliced
4 tbsp Energizing Soy Protein
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder, Natural Unsweetened
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 packet Truvia Sweetener
1 cup Ice

Directions
Combine all in blender. Serve immediately. Garnish with strawberries, if desired. 

 Serving: 2
Per Serving: 
100 cal, 7g pro, 19g carb, 8g fiber, 0mg chol, 85mg sodium
