Keto for vegetarian diet

Hi there,
I'm trying to get into keto diet. But I'm a vegetarian and I don't eat fish, meat or eggs. But, I do take diary and cheese.
Any sample diet suggestions
??

I fear these diets come into the quick fix department and unless you are prepared to eat loads of dairy, Quorn and tofu for the rest of your life, and abandon all the delicious grains and pulses that are out there, I'd exercise caution. Perhaps try a couple of months on this diet, then gradually reintroduce carbs while continuing to count calories? I'd aim to get to a reducing diet that is as close as possible to the diet you are planning for maintenance.
Having said that tofu is an excellent low fat protein rich food, but bland. It needs marinades or sauces to liven it up.1 -
Check Reddit- the sub is a bit dead but they have good starting info off to the side and you can read through all links. Also there is a general keto sub that is very active.

I was going to say cheese omelette, then spotted the "no eggs" bit. So cheese with vegetables then, lots of nuts and seeds, basically any protein source acceptable to you that is low in carbohydrate.
