Hey There, I need more friends and support on MFP! I'm on here throughout the day tracking diligently. I have upper body injury that I am rehabbing but need to stay motivated in every way! Now focusing on lower body lifting, core, and cardio. Using this sight mainly for macro goals and tracking my eating...since I'm not lifting loads on upper body, I have lowered my carbs a bit, but keeping protein up still.

I just turned 50, been lifting diligently for almost 1 1/2 years. I completely destroyed my shoulder in a competitive snow skiing event years ago, and had to have several surgeries to fix it. Two weeks ago I was cleared to go as hard as I can within certain parameters; the prior 18 months have been more like PT. Feel free to add me!1
