Hello!:) what are some suggested foods for atkins phase 1 for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Snack options? Any foods to completely avoid this early on?

I found that eggs are a good staple to keep around. Boiled eggs are the easiest snacks to keep available and are filling. From February to May I lost 20 pounds on Atkins. The easiest thing to do daily was a meal bar with coffee for breakfast, a frozen dinner for lunch, and for dinner some kind of meat/chicken breast/pork chop/steak with a bag of steamed broccoli/asparagus/spinach. In between low carb snacks like boiled eggs, cheese squares, deli meat, etc.2

I would also take a multivitamin and drink plenty of water to avoid muscle cramps.0
