I wanted one day to just enjoy some popcorn, yogurt Popsicles and special k cracker chips. I think I'm under 2000 cal. I have an event in two weeks, but I felt like if I didn't eat what I wanted today I would binge. I'm just worried now. Of course I'm going back to my plan but I'm scared i blew it.

Your title and post are a little confusing. Did you overeat by 2000 or eat up to 2000? If you at 2000 total, what is your calorie goal?
But basically, the answer is probably. But. It will likely be water weight due to increased sodium intake and carbs. It will likely drop off in a few days of eating normal.
Think of it this way, 1lb of fat is 3500 calories. If your goal is 1500, with an aim of 1lb a week, your maintainance would be 2000. You'd have to overeat by 5500 calories to gain 1lb of fat.1 -

Are you sure? You don't give your stats but 1600 is pretty low.
Either way, you are only over by 400 if it is.
Like I said, you may see an increase on the scale due to water weight but in a few days, you'll be fine. You didn't eat enough to add any real weight.1 -

400 calories over your maintenance will barely make the scale numbers go up.
