Fast metabolism diet?!

No but I can already tell you it doesn't work. Eating certain food has no effect on the speed of your metabolism.14

I did it in the fall and lost 10 pounds, and honestly didn't follow it to a T.0

"Lose up to 20 pounds in 28 days".......sounds like false advertising to me.
20 x 3500 = a 70,000 calorie deficit.....over 28 days = a 2,500 deficit every single day.5 -

Here's another question: If you decide to do this, is it something you can do for the rest of your life? Focus on a lifestyle change so that you won't yo-yo. What ever you do has got to be sustainable.3 -

I have lost 20 lb on this and have several friends that also lost significant weight on the plan. I believe the premise of eating 5 times a day keeps your metabolism going. I no longer crave sugar or any of the other limited foods.0

I eat 3 times a day and eat sugar! And I'm at maintenance, whatever shall I do? Be happy and yay me!3 -
