Name some of your favorite low calorie foods or meals :)

    As far as listing whole meals it could be a variety, but to start with breakfast i would say greek yogurt, or oatmeal. Lunch could include lean meats like turkey or chicken with a side of greens or brown rice. I also would recommend fish for lunch or dinner to add to the variety. I always look for high protein low fat meals

    Shrimp is my main staple. Shrimp tacos with a low carb wrap, cabbage, and mango salsa is my favorite.

    I went to the grocery store today. Here’s what I bought:

    Raspberries
    Mushrooms
    Baby carrots
    Eggs
    Greek yogurt
    Feta cheese
    Tuna
    Ground beef
    Turkey sausages
    Meatloaf seasoning
    Mac & cheese
    Rotini pasta
    Protein bars
    Vinegar
    Coffee

    Other things that I keep on hand:
    Canned tomatoes
    Canned black beans
    Frozen veggies (about 5 kinds in the freezer right now)
    Whatever meat or fresh fruits/veggies I can make use of on sale or markdown
    Condiments & spices
    Sandwich slims or wraps or pita bread
    Lunch meat
    Coffee creamer
    Pancake mix
    Chocolate chips
    Steel cut oats
    Nuts
    Frozen fish
    Diet Dr Pepper
    Salsa
    Sour cream
