SW: 268 CW: 232 GW: 140 Do I really need to workout in order to lose weight. I was working out 5 days a week for 30-45 mins. But now I'm only walking for 30 mins 2-3 days a week. Is that enough? As far as calories, I consume between 1100-1400 a day depending on what I have on hand to make. On the days when I don't eat a lot should I not exercise? I'd appreciate any answers I get.

Losing weight is mostly about the calories in, exercise just helps to create a bit more deficit but it's not necessary when it comes to weight loss.
It does however have loads of positives so keep doing what exercise you can, every little helps
