Back on it! Fat to fit

I'm back at t25, insanity and calorie counting on here! Going to log on every day, input diary and stay 500 cals below my allowance for good steady loss, I haven't much to go as already done the bulk (5st) so just more toning and shredding last. Any help, advice on shredding is appreciated without the use of any fad tabs etc this has got to be a change in lifestyle to make this work! Come on guys we can do this together!!!!!!

Add me. I'm almost on the same route. My daily deficit is close to 800 cals. All thanks to Ketosis. No supplements or additional tabs. Just good diet. #fat2fit0
