introducing myself on day 10. im going to be 25 this year and should be in the best shape of my life.at 5'10 im at 255 & currrently working my way down to 165. so that is my goal. lose weight and get in the best shape of my life. get healthy. make healthy choices and exercise. so far so good. im trying to make it a must to log my food everyday. I've been a fan of trying to avoid the real way to lose weight which is hard work. exercising and eating right. I always wanted the magic pill, but have yet to find it.I've been overweight most of my life so as michael buffer announces:" IIIIttttt'sss TIIIIME!!!

    Welcome and good on you. I can relate to you in that I've never really committed to healthy living, just exerising here and there with no real commitment to it. This year I've knuckled down with watching the food and exercising properly and I can honestly say that by having it recorded, it's much easier than you'd think to actually follow through.
