    Great job! I started off about the same weight. I have lost 60 lbs so far and my goal is 200 lbs. Keep up the great work! It really is amazing looking at past pictures.

    Dude, we all Hate those before pictures. But they are so important so we never go back there again. I'm waiting until 100 lbs to post any pics - but I'll get there, eventually, just like you.... Good work --- and it is work, but worth it.

    I hate that your family feels that way. I hope they are a source of positive encouragement. Although it does matter somewhat those who are important to you think, what matters most is what you think and the reason for your motivation. Keep at it!! :smile:

    Thanks for having the courage to share these photos.
    I understand it must have been difficult for you.

    However they are a great motivation for others in the MFP community.
    They show us what can be achieved if we really commit to it.
