I didn't realize how long my calorie net was today. Thursdays are always my crazy days. I teach two spin, and we have a new foster dog that I'm walking a lot. I ate a big dinner...SEVEN ounces of chicken included and I still haven't even net'ed 800 calories for the day. What on Earth should I eat? I always want cereal. I know I need to net 1200 and I am still hungry.

Have a bowl of cereal and go to bed (I LOVE cereal before bed for some reason). One day of being under isn't going to kill you.

If you aren't hungry, go to bed and make up the shortfall in the morning.
  • I love rice cakes with nutella after a hard workout.

    Peanut butter + an apple
    Almonds/hazelnuts/any nut really
    Milk

I personally only netted 606 calories. I had a busy day and had a good burn and ate less than I should have. I'm not hungry, so I'm done eating for the day. But by all means get your net up if you're still hungry.

I actually am really hungry which is crazy since I had quite a large dinner. I WANT cereal, but maybe an apple/pb would be better. ;-)

Have some cereal with apple and yoghurt, and work on a plan to get more cals in earlier on the day next time.
