Anyone else looking to lose 50lbs by Christmas? Or have a goal around there? I'd love to have someone to share the journey with that it like-minded and can help me stay on track!

At the pharmacy last week I was standing behind a lady in the queue and she pulled her iPhone out, her wallpaper was a big block of text "YOU'LL THANK YOURSELF IN 3 MONTHS". Yes, I thought to myself (internal dialogue) so will I.38

Sounds like you will be at goal weight after you lose 50 pounds? There's only 28 weeks til Christmas - sustaining a two pound per week loss with only 50 pounds to lose is not realistic.

I would take 50 lbs by Christmas but not realistic so sticking with a high goal of 40.6

Shoot for 50, and if you fall a little short and only lose 40, then who cares, you'll be 40 lbs lighter. You can do this!!7 -
I have been at it for 2 months and so far lost 25 lbs my goal is 50 and I am so happy to be half way but the last bit is always the hardest. Please anyone add me who wants to jump on board!

We're at about the same place, it sounds. My goal is 50 by Thanksgiving (I'm getting married the week before), but I'm already down 20 over the last 8 weeks so I really only need 30 between now and then.
It takes discipline, but it's worth it. You can do it!3 -

I'm going for 25 by Christmas because if I try for 50 I won't last till Christmas. Way too restrictive for my preferences.7
