I weighed in for this week and the scale hadn't moved, AT ALL! I mean I didn't gain any weight, but I didn't lose any either. I just so happened to walk past a mirror after my weigh in and realized that I'm starting to get that definition in my arms that I've been looking for. So after a week of sprints, heavy lifting, and eating right, I didn't lose a pound ,but I gained some self awareness. Maybe even a little bit more self confidence. Do the work get the results!! Even if they aren't always completely obvious.
