Hi , depending on your start time my meal times look like this 6pm breakfast- 9pm snack -1am lunch - 4am snack - 8am dinner then if you need another snack should be around 10am , I have made adjustments to my meal times but this is how I started off.

I was doing IF and it worked wonders, my 8 hour window started about half hour before my shift, ate a bit meal (usually normal dinner sized meal) and then went to work and ate as and when. (my shifts were 12hrs so it worked out quite well)

When I worked night shifts I would have my dinner at 6 to 6:30pm would have lunch or snack during the night and have toast or cereal before going to bed.
You have to do what works for you

I work ten hour shifts, from 22:00 to 08:00. What works best for me is eating dinner at around 4pm, then starting a new eating day after midnight. Breakfast around 1am, then lunch around 4am, with snacks before and after. Nothing when I get home except maybe a small snack. Working graveyards worried me as I figured I'd never lose weight with such a messed up schedule. I've lost 58 since January 1st ☺
