New and at a loss...

I don't even know where to begin. I'm 22 and a mother to a one year old. I gained 70 pounds in my pregnancy and have yet to lose any of it :( I'm at a loss. Any friends, tips, or anything like that would be awesome (:

    Hey Melissa! What have you been doing to try to lose the weight first of all? What's your eating like, workouts etc? Have you thought about your goals and mini goals to get to that large goal?

    Have realistic goals.....this NOT a sprint but a marathon....if you train then paleo diet is where you want to be, however, if you don't train then ketogenic diet is where you want to be. Let me warn you that keto goes against all what the health industry has been telling us how fat is bad but turns out they were wrong. Keto is high fat, moderate protein and low carb (no bread)
