I am down 13 pounds. Was down 15, but went on a week long vacation and gained 3 back. Feeling confident I can still meet this goal! I have to, I want to buy a kyak as a reward, would like to have it to use on the 4th of July!3

It's a good start so far. Starting to get into the routine again. I'm unable to exercise at the moment due to injury but trying to grasp the whole portion control thing is helping out.

Not surprising considering how much I overate last week and into the weekend. I'm trying intermittent fasting to see if that helps me stick to my calorie goal better.0 -
I'm thinking losing 20 pounds by 4th of July is definitely an attainable goal! Some of us just finished the 20 pounds by Easter Challenge (congrats if you made your goal!) and maybe fell a little short. Don't give up! Join this challenge!

Guess the minuscule loss is to be expected after Father's Day BBQ yesterday - hot dogs, chips, and some celery concoction that included bleu cheese and honey, topped off with adult beverages - probably lucky to show any loss.
