Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped or shredded chicken breast
1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
1 tbsp fat free plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp low fat mayo
Pinch of salt to taste

Mix everything together and enjoy! I like to double the recipe and eat in lettuce wraps. All for under 400 calories.
