I would love people to join me in this. I think we could do this . I need to do this to encourage me to keep on going and yall to keep on doing this weight loose. It's just 10 pounds a month. Please join me.

Yes! I am in! I am at 226, down from 245 since Christmas and would ideally like to get to 160 but I will settle with 170 if it looks good on me. I have never really been below 200 for any real amount of time. Getting there is just step 1 for me, and not becoming bored with it!7

I'm in! I'm 199.8 today. I'm completely changing to Forks Over Knives lifestyle (already 70% there), adding some sort of exercise other than walking and hiking, and cutting out alcohol other than a small amount of wine.5

Hi, would love to join this challenge! I'm currently at 222, with the goal of 165, which rounds off to roughly 60lbs. I'm following a ketogenic diet and have seen results over the past 2 months; losing 25 pounds. I've been pretty lax about my diet, but am now controlling calories and watching macros more closely (in the last 2 weeks especially). Also trying to do some low impact (walking) exercise 3-5 times a week. I'm not part of any communities on MFP, so would be fun to try it out. Thanks and best wishes.3

I would like to join, also. I am at 241 pounds and would love to lose about 90 pounds total.A goal of 60 by January 1st would help me be well on to way to lose 90 pounds. I haven't done MyFitnessPal in a long time. I am just restarting. How does a challenge like this work?2
