I suffered a tibial plateau fracture in April in a motorcycle accident and am unable to walk for the time being. I do attend physical therapy for 2 hours per week but my mobility is severly llimited. Any ideas on how to get some good cardio while wheelchair bound?

What about those hand bikes?
They look weird but I hear they help.
I'd ask your PT, they should be able to point you in the right directiom2 -
If you don't have a cast or a surgical brace you could go swimming.1

How about wheeling yourself around a shopping mall - sort of like the mall walkers but in a self propelled wheel chair? Just a thought.1
