Hiya :-) I follow slimming world but thought looking my food will be of help as well. Anyone else out there? Wanna be "friends" to help motivate one another? Thanks :-)

    I think it's kind of like an alternative WW popular in the UK. Never heard of it in the US.

    You can go online to youtube and there are lots of food diary, food ideas and meal prep- I love it
