Exercise Help

Hi all

Need help with a exercise regime.

I currently have a exercise bike at home which I use but due to my work in hours it's difficult for me to fit in other things.

Anyone have any ideas on what else I can do.

    Many here would suggest some form of resistance training. It helps ensure that most of the weight you lose is fat instead of fat and muscle that comes from diet and exercise alone.

    A few options for this are You are your own gym or Convict conditioning. There are also various DVD's and YouTube videos that incorporate some strength training with a bit of cardio.

    Have a tray installed on handle bars and than you can eat, draw, and do origami all while biking.
