Yes, see your doctor. Ask for a referral to a registered dietician. If you are breast feeding, your caloric needs are higher. Cutting too low can jeopardize your milk supply. As for your question, yes you will be able to safely lose weight, but I would recommend working with some professionals on it.1 -
I have chronic anemia all my adult life. I am able to exercise with no issues. Your body will tell you if what you are doing is too much.1
