Need An Exit Back To Fitness

I need suggestions on how to snap back into a workout/health routine. I've set back for a while now and have been struggling so much trying to stay focused. Now that school is permanently over, the stress of scheduling and being too tired is not present but.... I can't stop eating and get into the mindset of getting fit. HELP

Start small. Set a daily goal of moving 15 minutes a day ... increase that goal weekly.
Last week, I walked for 30 minutes so this week, I'll walk 45 minutes.
Last week, I had 20 pound weights on my strength training, this week I'll use 30 pounds.

Good morning! While I may not be new to MFP I don't think I've ever introduced myself! so here I am, my name is Karlla, I am in a long journey of losing 150 pounds from my highest weight of 310, I had lost 102 in 8 months but after an accident I gained 60. So I am back at it. I am a Zumba instructor and also have FMS so it contradicts itself, but here I am, I only have 92 more pounds to go!!! if you love dancing try out Zumba!!! its very addicting lol1
