I was just wondering if the macro goals I was given look right? I thought they were kind of high to loose weight...0

We don't know what macro goals you were given.
You can set your macro goals yourself.
The right amount of calories is what matters for weight loss.
If you don't lose weight on 1000-1200 calories, you aren't logging correctly, or you haven't done it long enough to see the weightloss.0 -
Sorry I'm just seeing it didn't post the rest of my question
I started counting macros
I'm 165lbs 5 ft 3"I lost about 30 lbs doing 21 day fix but then it just kind of stalled. I consulted a macros coach and he suggested I do
119 p
170 c
79 f
I exercise about 4-5 days a week for an hour
Just wondering if this seems like a good count to loose weight...

Your diary is private, so you would need to relay what your macros are...that said if you are looking to lose weight, simply focusing on your calorie counts is really the only thing you need to do. Macro goals are truly individual and are based on individual preference and satiety.0 -

macros aren't really for weight loss...per say.
it's all about calories.
Keep in mind there are certain types of food that help keep you feeling fuller longer...like fats and proteins.
Macro goals can be quite personal....yours seem a bit out of whack given your size...119grams of protein is a bit...my goal is 110...
maybe it's time to start logging calories here...using a food scale and see how that goes......2 -

might not see a log if they are doing 21 day fix...that's the diet with the containers and shakes from beach body.0 -

It sounds too high (too many calories, 1867) to lose weight, unless you exercise really hard. Have you set up MFP with your height and weight and goal? What numbers did it give you? I'd start there. 1600-1700 calories seems reasonable.0
