Hello, im really new to this and i dnt really know what to say. i want to lose 50lbs and I am hoping that this will help me.

    Here are some keys I have learned along the way. Watch the calories the most in the beginning. Once you transition to a change in eating habits (amounts), then focus on the health levels of what you eat, keeping carbs, fiber, fat and protein in check. During this phase, working in exercise to give you more calories to burn (thus more food int he belly) will help a lot. God bless on your journey!
