Diary

Can some of you check out my food log and exercise log and tell me anything I'm doing wrong?? Wondering why the weight loss is so slow lately.

Sodium was a little high past few days, you could be retaining. If you recently started exercising, you could be holding in water. If you are ovulating, you could be holding in water. Also, weight loss just isn't linear. If it's been less than 2-3 weeks, just wait it out

I have been on a diet for about 4 months now and lost about 14lb. I work out 5-6 days a week and rarely ever go over calories but I do eat some back after the gym because I do a lot of cardio and am always starving when I get done. I went on vacation for a week so this is the first real week back to the gym. I hope that is why

looks like your doing a good job. you are weighing your food? not using labels? are you close to goal weight? have you adjusted your calorie intake levels lately? maybe your deficit needs adjusted?

I weigh literally everything down to the tomatoes and carrots I chop up to put on salad. I am 14lb from my current goal of 160 (I'm 5'6") and then once I reach that goal I was going to go for 150 since I know this will be much harder to get to. I adjusted my calories just the other day but didn't change much.

my guess is that your in a bit of a stall. could drop 100 calories. i don't think 1400 would hurt you any...for maybe two weeks...or up your exercise a bit. Others may have different opinions. how much have you lost?

A pound a week is great progress. Keep up the good work!

But it hasn't been a pound a week. Some times it'll be 2 pounds, sometimes a half a pound, sometimes nothing. It hasn't been moving lately at all.

Weight loss isn't linear and it's even worse for women due to hormones. So look at weight loss over a 4 to 6 week period.
