Just started eating healthy again. I also started using my treadmill, which was collecting dust lol.... I've lost almost 5lbs in 2 weeks. I'm weighing myself everyday and logging it in and it had actually helped to motivate me even more. I have 3 daughters, step son and a new grandson. My energy level has increased and I don't feel the need for naps. I just hope I can stick with it this time.

    I also hope to make this a lifestyle change! I've lost about 4 lbs so far. I feel great so far. I quit soda which as made a huge difference. Keep up the great work and good luck to you!
