What do you guys use in your shakes?

For the weight gainers, what do you guys make in your shakes? And how many times a day?

I use 6 egg whites ,oats, banana, peanut butter.

    My usual is something like 3 bananas, .5 cup rolled oats, ~100g silken tofu and cacao powder.

    I use two cups whole milk, 1/2 cup oats, scoop of chocolate whey protein, banana, and peanut butter. And I have that twice a day

    2 Cups Coconut Water
    1 Large Frozen Bananas
    1 Cup Blueberries
    ½ Cup Rolled Oats
    ½ Cup Spinach
    1 Tablespoon Local Honey
    2 Serving Protein Powder
    1 Serving Green Powder

    Instant pudding mix is good to add for flavor and a nice consistency. I use sugar free since I'm not being aggressive with this bulk.

    I use milk, peanut butter, milk powder, eggs and ground flaxseed. Yum. Bout 600 calories but easy to up that
