Hello everyone!
This is my first fitness success I've ever had(besides 30 day shred where I lost 5lbs) I finally finished p90x! It wasn't easy as my starting weight was between 257-260 (it constantly fluctuated). At first progress was very slow as I didn't realize you have to 'diet' while you exercise, I only lost about 7-10lbs my first 60 days. When I took my day 60pics I got rather discouraged but soon found mfp and in my last 30days I've lost another 15lbs! I've lost almost 30 all together I'm 234 right now! Anyways this was really hard but I pushed play everyday and got through it. I may not look tons better but it's a start! I'm way more fit that's for sure, I can run farther, jump higher, play volleyball, do pushups, curl 20lbs(started at 5) and so much more, not to mention my clothes are much loser. I'm happier and more mentally sound. Anyways I'm not ready to post my pics (I'm severely self conscious) but once I get to my goal weight I will! My next goal is to start tapout xt, today! So wish me luck everyone and thank you all for being so inspiring, I browse these success stories daily! :D<3

I'm soooo happy reading this! Today is my last day of week 4, and I'm finding it hard to stay motivated.
What was your calorie goal once you joined here?

I started out at 1300, but about 13 days ago I switched to the keto diet so I'm at 1500 calories a day. Don't give up, it's worth it, even if your results ate slow just seeing how much stronger you get and how different you feel is worth so much more than just how you look :)
