Does the green number calories goal have to be the same number in order to lose weight.

    Can you explain. Sorry, i don't understand your question. As long as your calories remaining is green, you're good. Is that what you are asking??

    Yes,but does it have to be the same number like 100 calories left to lose weight in my situation.

    If your food logging is accurate, then ideally you should have 0 calories left by the end of the day. It's the RED number under calories that you want to avoid.

    I "try", not always successfully to leave a 100-200 calorie buffer at the end of the day to make up for any logging errors. Some days I have 100- 300 calories left over, other days it's 0 calories.
