Does the green number calories goal have to be the same number in order to lose weight.

Can you explain. Sorry, i don't understand your question. As long as your calories remaining is green, you're good. Is that what you are asking??0

If your food logging is accurate, then ideally you should have 0 calories left by the end of the day. It's the RED number under calories that you want to avoid.
I "try", not always successfully to leave a 100-200 calorie buffer at the end of the day to make up for any logging errors. Some days I have 100- 300 calories left over, other days it's 0 calories.0 -
