What run should I do -- c25k question

I am in week 5 of C25K and I did day 2, 3 days ago. I am over due for my 20 mins run. Should I do my 20 mins run or re-run W5D1 or 2?

    Give the 20 mins a try. If there is a problem, you can always go back to day 1 & 2 and build more strength. You'll probably surprise yourself and be OK.

    I've just started this and have been doing on the days I can't get to the gym. I've ran three times and should go on to the 2nd week, but I did them Last Saturday, Friday and then today. Think I might do another week one before I move on!

    I say move on and do W5D3 just to see if you can. Don't worry if you can't. Push yourself as far as you can go as W6D1 goes back to intervals and you will have another try W6D3.
