Skinny dude gaining weight

So according to MFP I need to take in 2800 cal to gain weight and 225 grams of protein 300 grams of carbs and 100 grams of fat what kind of meal plan should I have?can anyone give me a sample plan, along with a workout plan I do have access to a gym, it would be muchly appreciated I don't care about how long it will take I'm willing to take my time
