Skinny dude gaining weight

So according to MFP I need to take in 2800 cal to gain weight and 225 grams of protein 300 grams of carbs and 100 grams of fat what kind of meal plan should I have?can anyone give me a sample plan, along with a workout plan I do have access to a gym, it would be muchly appreciated I don't care about how long it will take I'm willing to take my time

Basically, EAT GOOD! You have to eat constantly and eat anything to meet your calorie count! I'm naturally skinny, 5'11, weight 10.6 stone, put 6 pounds on in last 3 weeks!
Buy, optimum nutrition mass gainer, have 3 shakes a day, 100g of powder and about 300ml of full fat milk for each shake you have. But rest of the diet plan, look at my past diary entries, mine are public so you can see! And you'll Defo start putting on weight.
As for gym, literally I go and just do normal stuff like weights and the machines to build muscle, you want to avoid cardio cause you're trying to gain, my cardio is walking to the gym lmao!3 -
