Hey everyone! My name is Sara and I have been on here for about a year now. I try to be active on here frequently, but I feel like posting a new introduction is necessary. Always having new friends to motivate you is a good thing, so feel free to add me! Let me know what works for you or what you may struggle with. Hi I'm Kari and I've been on here for 6 1/2 months. I've lost 50 pounds so far but now I'm finding it hard to get it off. Not quitting though... I love this app!3

Hey Kari! Way to push! 50lbs is a lot and I encourage you to keep pushing through even though it's tough right now. Maybe change some things up. Sometimes are bodies get into a routine of how we do things and it's almost like we're at a stand still. It's hard to stay motivated during those moments sometimes, but it's good that you do! Feel free to add me, I love this app too!0 -
Good morning. I'm Lisa and have been off and on here for a few years - this last time has been a consistent month now. But I'm back! I am seeing a nutritionist/health coach through my doctor and am committed to get healthy again. I've lost 10 lbs since I started and have a long way to go, but I'm focusing on small goals - my first one is 10% and then the next 10%, etc. I mostly struggle with eating on the run with my teenagers' schedules and making time for exercise. Summer will definitely help. Good to be here

Hey Sara!!! Thanks for the support! I'm trying to change things up but with the weather it's so hard to get outside. So humid and being allergic to the sun I'm limited with what I can do. But it's not stopping me!

Friend request sent! I have been using this site for a few years now. I was able to drop all of my wieght at one time, but I let life circumstances threw me off and I found myself back where I started. I have lost about 27 lbs so far, and this time I plan to keep it off. MFP is a very important part of the process. I found that what works for me is to keep my body guessing and not get into any "food habits". It seems to be working... Support and keeping track of food intake is key!2
