Alternatives to protein powder in the breakfast

Hey everyone. I've been asking myself about this. I love to cook but sometimes it's bit rough to prepare a high-protein breakfast when you need to rush to get to work. I know chicken (or meat) are very adaptable to any recipe, but I wonder if you can recommend me another ingredient to use in the breakfast (after workout) instead of protein powderpowder.

I use liguid egg whites in smoothies, or as eggs maybe with an whole egg for scrambles or omlettes.1

Smoothies with milk or yogurt with a little bit of water, one fruit, some greens, and any of the following:
flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, almonds, peanut butter, sunflower seeds.3 -
