Losing sixty pounds in sixty weeks

I have lost ten pounds in my first five weeks. In my opinion, 75 percent of that is due to measuring portions (counting calories), not cheating on that (documenting everything), not drinking calories (no soda, only a cup of milk with breakfast) and going to the gym two or three times a week. I can exercise even more to be honest. I wanted to lose sixty pounds in sixty weeks, I am off to a good start. Ten pounds in five weeks! I am guessing the first thirty will be easier than the last thirty, so I am well aware of the challenges ahead.
